  • Sunday: 14:00 – 20:00
  • Monday: 13:00 – 21:00
  • Thursday: 13:00 – 21:00
  • Saturday: 14:00 – 21:00

Responsibilities

  • Deliver five-star service at pace, ensuring every customer feels valued.
  • Confidently recommend and sell the latest products, raising our service standards.
  • Utilise digital tools (e.g., Sparks platform and in-store devices) to enhance customer experiences and improve sales efficiency.
  • Work smoothly as a team player—supporting colleagues to create a positive, high-energy shop floor.
  • Embrace flexibility—ready to assist across the store, adapting to real-time customer needs.
  • Contribute to growing sales by service, selling, filling, and problem-solving under pressure.
  • Stay sharp and customer-focused during peak times to drive brand success.
