What You’ll Do
You’ll be a brand ambassador with a customer-first mindset, responsible for:
- Selling & recommending the latest M&S Food products with confidence
- Serving customers exceptionally fast during peak store hours
- Operating digital tools (Sparks and in-store devices) to ensure customers find what they need quickly
- Restocking shelves and maintaining store presentation
- Helping drive sales growth by exceeding expectations
- Acting as a team player, supporting colleagues in maintaining a positive and high-energy store environment
- Flexing across different store areas (no two shifts are the same—stay adaptable!)
