About the Role

Responsibilities
- Operate in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast and focused during peak store hours
- Go above and beyond to serve, sell, and restock as needed
- Utilise our digital tools (like Sparks and in-store devices) to enhance the customer experience and meet demands efficiently
- Work across various store areas, adapting to changing demands in dynamic retail
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment, supporting colleagues in delivering seamless service
Requirements
- Digital confidence: Ability to use technology integrals like our Sparks and in-store devices
- Team player attitude: Ready to collaborate, uplift others, and maintain a professional, customer-first mindset
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to varying tasks and schedules
