About the Role
Join Marks & Spencer (M&S) as a Customer Assistant in the Food section, where you’ll become part of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
- Serving and selling with confidence – Recommend food products, assists customers with their needs, and ensure they leave feeling valued.
- MaintainingStore standards – Keep customer interaction polished, efficient, and professional at all times.
- Efficiency under pressure – Manage fast-moving scenarios swap essentials, restock, and assist customers efficiently without compromising quality.
- Driving sales growth – Embed M&S Food products, creating compelling narratives that convert interest into sales.
- -operated tasks – Use digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the shopping journey.
- Multi-functional flexibility – Rotate across different tasks/départments stations, ensuring smooth operations during hectic periods.
