About the Role
You will be our resilient brand ambassador, tasked with:
- Confidently recommending and selling our latest M&S Food products
- Delivering five-star customer service at breakneck speed
- Embracing transformative change as we spearhead innovations in retail
At M&S, we don’t wait for perfection—we act. You’ll thrive in roles including selling, service, stocking, and driving sales growth, all while utilising digital tools like Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Selling & Upselling
- Seamlessly recommend and sell our newest Food products, creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Push boundaries in service standards, ensuring every customer feels truly valued.
✅ Operational Excellence & Adaptability
- Work across multiple store areas to balance stretch pantry volumes and meet high customer demand.
- Be flexible—no two shifts will be the same, and you’ll rise to ever-changing demands.

Work Pattern
Rotating Patterns – 2 Weeks Week 1:
- Sunday: 06:00 – 10:00
- Monday: 06:00 – 10:00
- Wednesday: 06:00 – 10:00
- Thursday: 06:00 – 10:00
- Friday: 06:00 – 10:00
