Customer Assistant (Food Section) – £10.55 - £11.15 per hour
Passionate individuals needed for a Customer Assistant role in the Food section at M&S Food. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, deliver exceptional service, and embrace continuous growth in our fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Being a Customer Assistant means embracing a dynamic, demanding, and rewarding role:
- Frontline front-runners: Serve as a brand ambassador, driving sales in M&S Food products by confidently recommending and selling our newest launches.
- High-pressure service: Serve忙闹ng customers with a five-star experience, meeting strong demand with speed and precision.
- Digital savvy: Utilise our digital tools (Sparks and in-store devices) to elevate customer interactions and streamline processes.
- Team collaboration: Work alongside colleagues to maintain a positive, high-energy environment—supporting customers and one another.
- Flexibility: Be ready to adapt across various store tasks as demand shifts (stocking shelves, assisting with checkout, sales assistance).
