Key Responsibilities:
- Be a resilient and committed brand ambassador.
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers.
- Ensure customers feel valued every time they shop with us.
- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused.
- Go above and beyond to serve, sell, fill, and help drive growth in sales.
- Utilize digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Adapt to the changing demands of the retail environment by working across various areas of the store.
- Embrace the challenge of a dynamic and ever-changing role.
