Key Responsibilities
- Selling & Recommending: Knowledgeably promote and sell the latest M&S Food products with enthusiasm.
- High-Pressure Service: Maintain focus and speed during peak store hours, ensuring Customers leave satisfied.
- Digital Proficiency: Utilise tools like ‘Sparks’ and in-store devices to enhance product availability and customer convenience.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a positive, high-energy team atmosphere, supporting colleagues to deliver flawless service.
- Flexibility: Adapt seamlessly across store departments as demand evolves—no two shifts are alike!
