Customer Assistant (Night Shift) - M&S Food
Work Pattern
Sunday: 22:00 – 06:00 Monday: 22:00 – 06:00 Tuesday: 22:00 – 06:00 Wednesday: 22:00 – 06:00
Notes:
- A +£3.00/hour unsocial premium is applied to any hours worked between 22:00–06:00.
- Due to health and safety legislation, applicants must be 18+ for this shift pattern.

About the Role
To thrive in our Food Retail environment, you must:
- Deliver five-star customer service, recommend and sell latest M&S products
- Confidently handle high-pressure demands while remaining focused and resilient
- Netflix, chill & you.
- Enhance customer experiences using digital tools like Sparks platforms and in-store devices
- Bustle efficiently across multiple areas, adapting and brightening the retail hustle

Requirements
- Must be 18+ to meet height safety and operational standards
- Strong personal adaptability with no fear of physical demands (lifting, long standing)
