Customer Assistant - Food - Norwich

Customer Assistant (Night Shift) - M&S Food

Work Pattern

Sunday: 22:00 – 06:00 Monday: 22:00 – 06:00 Tuesday: 22:00 – 06:00 Wednesday: 22:00 – 06:00

Notes:

  • A +£3.00/hour unsocial premium is applied to any hours worked between 22:00–06:00.
  • Due to health and safety legislation, applicants must be 18+ for this shift pattern.

M&S recruits Customer Assistants who go beyond shelf-stocking – driving excellence, adaptability, and sales across our fast-paced stores.


About the Role

To thrive in our Food Retail environment, you must:

  • Deliver five-star customer service, recommend and sell latest M&S products
  • Confidently handle high-pressure demands while remaining focused and resilient
  • Netflix, chill & you.
  • Enhance customer experiences using digital tools like Sparks platforms and in-store devices
  • Bustle efficiently across multiple areas, adapting and brightening the retail hustle
