Key Responsibilities
- Sell and confidently recommend M&S Food products, ensuring customers leave with a memorable shopping experience
- Operate and digital tools (e.g., Sparks, in-store devices) to improve efficiency and service
- Stay sharp, fast, and focused during peak customer hours
- Work across multiple store areas to adapt to retail demands
- Maintain a positive, high-energy team environment
Essential Requirements
- Strong customer service skills to deliver five-star service under pressure
- Digital confidence to utilise M&S tools effectively
- Resilience & adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving retail setting
- Enthusiasm for food/expertise and being a brand ambassador
- No prior experience required, but willingness to roll up sleeves and learn fast is a must
