Those successful applicants will earn an £3.00/hr unsocial premium reward for shifts between 22:00–06:00.
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
- Champion M&S Food products by proactively recommending and selling newest items to customers
- Deliver remarkable service—ensure customers feel valued every time they shop with us
- Sell, fill, and help drive sales growth in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Utilise digital tools (e.g., Sparks, in-store devices) to enhance the customer experience and fulfil holiday demands promptly
- thrive in shifts during peak demand, staying sharp, fast, and adaptable
- Collaborate as a team player, contributing to a positive, energetic working environment
- Flexibly adapt across other store areas as required
