- Champion M&S Food products by proactively recommending and selling newest items to customers
- Deliver remarkable service—ensure customers feel valued every time they shop with us
- Sell, fill, and help drive sales growth in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Utilise digital tools (e.g., Sparks, in-store devices) to enhance the customer experience and fulfil holiday demands promptly
- thrive in shifts during peak demand, staying sharp, fast, and adaptable
- Collaborate as a team player, contributing to a positive, energetic working environment
- Flexibly adapt across other store areas as required

<h2>Requirements</h2> - Must be **over 18 years old** - Willingness to **work nights** and weekends - **No prior retail experience necessary**, but enthusiasm to learn and grow with M&S is essential - Ability to work comfortably in a **high-speed, high-energy atmosphere** - Basic digital proficiency to operate in-store technological systems
