Work Pattern

  • Sunday: 10:30-18:30
  • Saturday: 18:00-22:00

About the Role

Join Marks & Spencer (M&S) as a Customer Assistant in the Food section, where you’ll become a pivotal part of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. We’re seeking -passionate individuals who:

As a brand ambassador, you’ll ensure every customer feels truly valued. Our teams don’t wait—you’ll operate in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, staying sharp, focused, and proactive to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver five-star service to match the speed and demands of modern retail.
  • Proficiently use digital tools, including Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance customer experiences.
  • Recommend and sell food products, including our latest launches.
  • Work across various areas of the store, adapting to ever-evolving demands.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy team environment where everyone supports each other.
  • Stay digitally confident and utilise technology to streamline processes.
