Work Pattern
Week 1:
- Tuesday: 05:00–11:00
- Wednesday: 05:00–11:00
- Friday: 05:00–11:00
- Saturday: 05:00–11:00
Week 2:
- Monday: 05:00–10:00
- Tuesday: 05:00–10:00
- Friday: 05:00–10:00
- Saturday: 05:00–10:00
Pay Premium: Unsociable hours premium: +£3.00/hour for shifts between 22:00–06:00.

Key Responsibilities
- Sell & Recommend Products: Be a knowledgeable brand ambassador, confidently promoting and selling new M&S food products.
- Customer Service & Sales Growth: Provide remarkable service and drive sales growth through fast, focused, and proactive assistance.
- Digital Tool Proficiency: Utilise M&S digital tools, such as the [Sparks App] and in-store platforms, to enhance the customer experience.
- Flexible & Versatile: Adapt to changing demands across the Food section, ensuring seamless operations in a high-energy environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to uphold a positive, teamwork-driven culture.
- Efficiency Under Pressure: Excel in a high-pressure retail setting, maintaining sharp focus during peak shopping times.

About You
