About the Role
Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you’ll be right at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. Work Pattern
Week 1
- Sunday: 12:00–20:00
- Monday: 14:15–22:15
- Thursday: 05:15–13:15
- Friday: 05:15–13:15

Key Responsibilities
- Be passionate about M&S Food—knowledgeable about our products and proactively recommend new offers
- Sell new and existing food products confidently while upholding our brand standards
- Deliver five-star customer service in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Operate digital tools (Sparks, in-store devices) effectively to enhance the shopping experience
- Ensure smooth restocking, shelf replenishment, and customer assistance
- Embrace flexibility—be able to adapt to different store tasks in demand
