Work Pattern
- Sunday: 07:00 – 11:00
- Friday: 04:00 – 08:00
- Saturday: 04:00 – 08:00
(Unsocial hours premium of +£3.00 per hour applies only for shifts worked between 22:00–06:00.)

The Role
Join Marks & Spencer (M&S) as a Customer Assistant in our Bakery section, where precision, speed, and passion for food define every day.
You’ll be a hands-on brand ambassador, bringing effort, detail-oriented energy to every shift:
- Deliver fresh, high-quality hot bread and five-star service under pressure
- Maintain fast-paced production while ensuring food safety and quality
- Stock shelves efficiently, manage customer demand, and keep permutations flowing
- Work seamlessly as part of a team within a high-impact, customer-facing environment
