Role Summary
- Pay: £13.45–£14.45 per hour
- Contract: 20–35 hours per week
- Shifts: Varies (5am–11pm)
- Holidays: 30–35 days (pro rata)

This role offers a competitive hourly wage with additional pay for bank holidays (+£2/hour) and nights (+£3.50/hour).
What You’ll Do
- Support customers – answer questions, resolve queries, and provide expert advice
- Handle deliveries – manage store receiving efficiently and keep the bakery well-stocked
- Merchandise products – maintain displays and organise middle aisles
- Deliver top-notch service – stay energetic and friendly to create a positive shopping experience
What You’ll Need
- Experience in fast-paced workplaces
- Strong customer service skills – ability to handle requests with confidence
- Flexibility – ready for early/late shifts
- Positive attitude – adapt to changing priorities confidently
