Customer Assistant – Foodmakers & Shopkeepers Needed
About the Role
We’re looking for friendly, focused individuals to join us as a Customer Assistant, helping ensure our customers receive warm, professional service at all times.
In this role, you’ll contribute to a positive customer experience in-store while using in-store technology to perform essential tasks like stock counts and gap scans. This work helps keep shelves fully stocked for our customers.
You’ll also receive training to support other store teams such as our famous Market Street and Replenishment teams. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives as a team player, ready to step in wherever support is needed.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Assistant, you’ll:
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service in-store
- Assist with stock management, including counts and gap detection
- Contribute to in-store operations, including team rotations (e.g., Market Street, Replenishment)
- Safely handle equipment and follow established processes
