About the Role
Are you friendly, focused, and ready to deliver outstanding customer service? We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Customer Assistants, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience every day.
As a Customer Assistant, you’ll:
- Provide positive and exceptional customer service in our stores
- Handle key tasks like stock counts and gap scans to keep shelves well-stocked
- Be trained to work across different store functions, including our Market Street and Replenishment teams

About You
We’re looking for people as passionate about putting customers first as we are. Ideal candidates include:
- Helpful and friendly, with a genuine desire to enhance the customer experience
- Active and hands-on, enjoying fast-paced work environments
- Strong team players who work well under pressure
- Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes
- Eager to support customers and resolve queries effectively
