Summary
💰 £13.45 – £14.45 per hour ⏰ 16-hour contract 🏖️ 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) 💷 10% in-store discount ✅ Pension scheme

As a Customer Assistant, no two shifts remain the same. Your role includes: 📦 Restocking shelves and assisting at the tills 🧹 Keeping the store clean, tidy, and organised 🤝 Working closely with your team to deliver excellent customer service
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy competitive pay, including: ✔ +£2.00/hr for bank holidays ✔ +£3.50/hr for night shifts ✔ A generous benefits package

Key Responsibilities
- Be a Lidl expert, assisting customers with queries and requests
- Manage deliveries efficiently as they arrive in store
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, friendly attitude
- Bake and replenish fresh goods in the bakery section
- Merchandise and maintain middle aisle Non-Food products

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
