What You’ll Do
✔ Be a Lidl expert, answering customer questions, managing queries, and ensuring satisfaction ✔ Efficiently process deliveries and restock items as they arrive ✔ Provide exCEPTIONAL customer service with a friendly, helpful attitude ✔ Bake fresh goods and ensure the bakery is always well-stocked ✔ Merchandise and organise our Non-Food aisles to create a smooth customer shopping experience
What You’ll Need
🔹 Experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment 🔹 Outstanding customer service skills and a smiley attitude 🔹 Flexibility—able to start early/finish late and adapt to changing needs 🔹 A positive mindset and the drive to go the extra mile 🔹 Teamwork—inspire your colleagues and keep the store running smoothly
