Customer Assistant - Magherfelt
Join us as a Customer Assistant and help us create an amazing customer journey for customers who shop at Lidl!
We offer:
- £13.30 per hour (rising to £14.80 after 3 years)
- Flexible hours (10, 20, 30, or 35 hours per week)
- Weekend work options

About the Role As a Customer Assistant, you play a vital role in delivering a fantastic experience for our customers while helping to restock products, maintain store standards, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Due to selling alcohol, you must be at least 18 years old.
Shift Patterns

Morning shift
- Starts at 5am or 6am
- Stock shelves before opening
- Prepare bakery items for freshness

Middle shift
- Mid-morning or early afternoon
- Ensure store is clean and well-presented
- Support customers on the shop floor and assist at tills

Late shift
- Afternoon/evening shifts
- Provide top-class customer service at the till
- Restock items and prepare for the next day
What You’ll Do
- Deliver pleasant, friendly, and helpful service to customers
- Follow stock loss controls throughout the store
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Apply freshness principles and waste management
- Assist with stock counting and inventory processes
