Location: Market Street and Café outlets across network Type: Permanent (various shift patterns)
We’re looking for friendly, hands-on people to join our Market Street and Café team, preparing and serving the fresh, high-quality food we’re known for.
About the Role
You’ll play a significant role in enhancing our customers’ experience every single day. Depending on your location, your responsibilities may include:

Serving meals in our Café, ensuring every customer leaves happy and satisfied

Preparing a variety of dishes, including:
- Freshly made pizzas
- Fresh fish, meat, and produce as available on Market Street
-
Working in a fast-paced, structured environment, with clear routines and timed activities to keep operations running smoothly
-
Supporting across other areas of the store, including:
- Replenishment
- Customer Service
Flexibility and outstanding teamwork are essential to our success.
Responsibilities
- delivers consistently fresh, high-quality food by preparing meals, pizzas, and fish/meat dishes under time constraints
- Serves customers with a warm and welcoming attitude in a busy café environment
- ensures a clean and safe working space following all food safety and hygiene standards
- Replenishes stock efficiently according to designated procedures
- helps resolve customer queries courteously and effectively
- adheres strictly to timed processes and routines to meet customer demands
- actively contributes to the whole-team structure, including line-management support across departments

Requirements

friendly, helpful, and service-focused

enjoys an active, hands-on work environment

excels in structured, fast-paced settings

comfortable using kitchen and cafe equipment safely and following processes

quick-thinking, customer-orientated, and skilled in query resolution

able to lift and carry items safely, (e.g., boxes, trays, fresh produce)

happy to work flexible shifts including, but not limited to: early-morning, lunchtime, and late-night/service times
