Market Street & Café Team Member – Fresh Food Focus
About the Role
At Morrisons, we’re looking for energetic, customer-focused team members to join our Market Street and Café teams. If you’re keen on preparing and serving high-quality, fresh food in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
Quick to join a pulsating team where rewarding results await:
- Serve restaurant meals in our Café, crafting special moments for our customers.
- Create fresh favourites, including pizzas, seafood, and meat dishes ready for Market Street customers to enjoy.
- Adapt daily to a structured timetable with timed tasks to ensure flawless operations.
- Cross-train across critical areas like Replenishment and Customer Service—flexibility is key!
- Maintain a supportive team environment while prioritising speed, quality, and hospitality.
You’ll thrive in a dynamic setup where your dedication ensures customers are satisfied and return time and time again.

About You
We seek individuals who are:

Must include:
- Rising above school-leaving age (check bcyst.gov.uk for specifics)
- Age verification: Possible over-18 requirement for roles due to health and safety guidelines. Directs must be minimum legal working ages.
