Customer Assistant - Market Street & Cafe

Join Our Market Street and Café Team at Morrisons

About the Role

We’re looking for friendly, hands-on people to help deliver our fresh, high-quality food. Whether you’re serving meals in our café or preparing pizzas, fresh fish, or meat on Market Street, you’ll make every customer’s experience special.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities, ensuring smooth operations while keeping customers happy. Training across areas like Replenishment and Customer Service will broaden your skills, so flexibility and teamwork are key.

Responsibilities

  • Serve meals in the café and prepare a variety of high-quality products including pizzas, fresh fish, and meat
  • Contribute to a structured and efficient workflow, including timed activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Assist with Replenishment and Customer Service across other store areas
  • Maintain a strong hands-on and proactive approach

Requirements

  • A helpful and friendly approach to each customer
  • Enjoyment of a hands-on, active role in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to work comfortably in a structured, busy environment
  • Confidence in using equipment safely and following established processes
