Customer Assistant - Market Street & Cafe
Food Maker & Café Team Member – Market Street & Café
We’re looking for friendly, hands-on individuals to join our Market Street and Café team, where fresh, high-quality food is our priority.
Role Summary
In this dynamic role, you’ll play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by:
- Preparing and serving meals in our café
- Crafting fresh pizzas, fish, and meat in Market Street
- Working in a fast-paced, structured environment with timed routines to maintain smooth operations
- Receiving training across additional areas like Replenishment and Customer Service
Flexibility and teamwork are essential, as you’ll support the day-to-day success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering friendly, efficient customer service—helping with queries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Preparing and presenting fresh meals, pizzas, fish, and meat to high standards.
- Following clear routines and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.
- Assisting with Replenishment, food preparation, and other in-store tasks as needed.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.

Key Requirements
