Role Overview

We’re seeking friendly, hands-on individuals to join our Market Street and Café team, where we specialise in crafting and serving high-quality, fresh food.

From preparing pizzas, fresh fish, and meat on Market Street to serving meals in our Café, you’ll contribute daily to making our customers’ experience exceptional and memorable.

Working in a fast-paced but structured environment, you’ll follow clear routines to ensure smooth operations and excellent service—whether it’s replenishment, customer interaction, or food preparation. Flexibility and strong teamwork are key to success.


Responsibilities

  • Frontline Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Food Preparation: Handle fresh produce, pizzas, fish, and meat with care and adhere to food safety standards.
  • Café Operations: Serve meals, maintain kitchen hygiene, and meet daily service timelines.
  • Cross-Training: Support replenishment stock control and customer service across the store.
  • Team Collaboration: Embrace flexibility, adapt to shifting demands, and uphold team cohesion.

About You

We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Take pride in customer-first service with a helpful and friendly approach.
  • Thrive in a busy, structured environment with clear targets.
  • Are safety-conscious, comfortable using equipment, and proficient in following processes.
  • Love contributing to resolving customer queries in a hands-on way.
