Customer Assistant - Market Street & Cafe
Market Street & Café Team Member - Join Our Team at Morrisons!
We’re looking for friendly, hands-on people to join our Market Street and Café team, preparing and serving the fresh, high-quality food we’re known for.
The Role
Whether serving meals in our Café, preparing pizzas, fresh fish, or meat on Market Street, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our customers’ experience every day.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities ensuring everything runs smoothly so our customers always get what they need, when they need it. Training will be provided across the store, including Replenishment and Customer Service, so flexibility and teamwork are key.

About You
We’re looking for passionate individuals who prioritise customer service as much as we do. ideal candidates will:
- Have a helpful and friendly approach
- Enjoy staying active and being hands-on
- Work well in a busy, structured, fast-paced environment
- Be comfortable using equipment safely and following processes
- Love assisting customers and resolving queries efficiently
