Crew Member (Market Street & Café) – Join Our Team at Morrisons
About the Role
We’re looking for friendly, hands-on people to join our Market Street and Café team, creating the fresh, high-quality food our customers love.
In this role, you’ll do more than just serve meals—you’ll be essential in delivering a special experience every day. This includes preparing pizzas, fresh fish, and meat in our in-store Market Street food زمنm, as well as effortlessly delivering café Train. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment, where clear routines enable us to meet customer demands efficiently. Training includes cross-departmental roles like Replenishment and Customer Service, so we value flexibility and teamwork above all.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality food (pizzas, fresh fish, meat, café meals, and more) under timed schedules
- Contribute to operational efficiency by following set routines and processes
- Support customers with a helpful and friendly approach
- Train across areas such as Replenishment and Customer Service to align with our team’s needs
- Ensure safety compliance in handling equipment and adhering to store guidelines
