Customer Assistant - Market Street & Cafe
Market Street and Café Team – Friendly, Hands-On Roles Available
We’re looking for friendly, hands-on people to join our Market Street and Café team, where you’ll prepare and serve our much-loved, fresh high-quality food.
Your Role
As part of our dynamic team, you’ll contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience every day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving meals in the Café
- Preparing and cooking our famous pizzas, fresh fish, and meats on Market Street
- Operate within a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities to maintain smooth service
- Support Replenishment and Customer Service tasks (training provided)
- Ensure customers receive efficient, friendly service to meet their needs promptly
We’re looking for flexibility and strong teamwork, as you may be trained across multiple areas within the store.

We’re looking for people with passion for customer service who share our ethos. We value these qualities:

- Love supporting customers and resolving their queries
