Customer Assistant - Market Street & Cafe

Market Street & Café Team Roles – Fresh Food Preparation & Customer Service

We’re looking for friendly, hands-on people to join our Market Street and Café team, helping us prepare and serve our fresh, high-quality food that we’re known for.

Roles Available

You’ll work in one of our Fast-Food Markets or Cafés, serving meals while also gaining training across the store, including:

  • Preparing and serving fresh fish, meat, and premium pizzas
  • Caf不是**
  • Assisting in Replenishment & Customer Service

Your role will involve preparing fresh food and ensuring every customer leaves happy—whether it’s a quick visit or a longer meal. In a fast-paced environment with structured routines, you’ll follow clear processes to keep things moving smoothly and help customers find what they need quickly.

What We’re Looking For

Flexibility and strong teamwork are essential here. Success candidates will:

  • Have a helpful, friendly attitude – your role is people-centric!
  • Enjoy active, hands-on work in a busy environment
  • Work well under structured workflows with timed activities
  • Be comfortable with safety protocols (some roles have 18+ age restrictions)
  • Love supporting customers—whether它們 answering questions or resolving queries
