Customer Assistant - Market Street & Cafe
Job Title: Foodmaker & Shopkeeper – Market Street & Café Team
About the Role
We’re searching for friendly, hands-on individuals to join our Market Street and Café team, where great food is our priority.
Whether you'll be preparing and serving fresh food in our Café or crafting our pizzas, fresh fish, or meat on Market Street, your passion for helping customers shine will be essential.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced yet structured environment, following clear daily routines to drive smooth operations. Training will allow you to explore areas like Replenishment and Customer Service, meaning flexibility and teamwork are must-haves for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer experiences
- Support in Café service, including meal preparation and customer communication
- Prepare and maintain fresh fish, meat, and dishes, including pizzas for our Market Street menu
- Align with timed activities to sustain efficient store operations
- Train across departments, including replenishment, stock management, and frontline customer service – openness to diverse tasks is key
