Foodmaker/Shopkeeper – Café & Market Street Team Roles (Market Street & Café Team) – Morrisons
About the Role We’re looking for friendly, hands-on people to join our Market Street and Café team, helping deliver our reputation for fresh, high-quality food every day.
What the Role Involves
You’ll serve fresh meals in our Café, prepare and cook a variety of dishes including:
- Pizzas
- Fresh fish
- Meat preparations
Key aspects of your role:
- Working in a fast-paced, structured environment with timed routines to maintain smooth operations
- Serving customers efficiently, ensuring they receive their food quickly
- Supporting Replenishment and Customer Service across the store
- Training across multiple departments, meaning flexibility and teamwork are essential

About You (Essential Requirements)
We’re seeking committed individuals who prioritise customer service:
- Helpful and friendly attitude
- Enjoys staying active and hands-on in a busy environment
- Works well in structured, fast-paced conditions
- Confident using kitchen equipment safely and following processes
- Proactive support for customers, resolving queries efficiently
Important Note:
- Minimum work eligibility: Open post-guardianship (school leaver) age\
- Some positions may require eligibility over 18, due to operational demands.
