About the Role

In this role, you’ll do more than just serve meals – you’ll be behind the counter in our Café, crafting pizzas, fresh fish, and prepared meats on Market Street. You’ll bring energy to every day, ensuring our customers leave with smiles and great experiences.

Working in a fast-paced, structured environment, you’ll thrive in a space where clear routines and timely activities keep operations running smoothly. You’ll be trained in multiple areas, including Replenishment (refilling shelves) and Customer Service, so flexibility and teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with Market Street food prep (pizzas, fish, meat)
  • Maintaining efficient service in a structured, timely manner
  • Supporting Replenishment tasks to keep stock orderly
  • Helping customers with resolving queries and providing great service
  • Collaborating with the team under the guided structure of shifts

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
