As a Customer Assistant, you’ll contribute to keeping our stores running smoothly—whether that means restocking shelves, assisting at customer service desks, or maintaining a clean, organised space. Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Help customers with product queries, assistance, or requests, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Process deliveries efficiently to keep the store stocked and orderly.
- Provide passionate, friendly customer service that reflects our brand values.
- Proactively maintain the bakery section by baking fresh goods.
- Merchandise and organise middle aisles of our Non-Food products to enhance presentation and accessibility.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment (previous retail or hospitality experience preferred).
- Strong customer service skills—you’ll handle questions, complaints, and feedback with a smile and a helping hand.
- Flexibility to start shifts early or finish late when needed.
- An adaptable mindset to manage changing priorities efficiently.
- Drive and passion to go above and beyond and make your store the best it can be.
- A friendly, approachable attitude to motivate your team and connect with customers.
