Lidl Customer Assistant – Temporary Contract (25 Hours)

The Role
As a Customer Assistant, you’ll work together as part of the retail team to uphold Lidl’s high standards all hours, all shifts. Your responsibilities include:
- Making sure the store is clean and well-stocked
- Ensuring the store is ready before opening
- Precisely unpacking deliveries (day, night, weekends)
- Keeping access areas clear for drivers
- Organising promotional and special offer areas
- Conducting freshness checks and maintaining stock rotation
You’ll play a key part in feeding families—it’s not just about stocking shelves; it’s about feeding communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced environment with precision
- Pay sharp attention to detail under time pressure
- Adapt to changing priorities positively
- Operate independently (including night shifts)
- Serve as a team player, contributing to store success
(Ideally, some experience with night shifts is preferred.)
Requirements
✅ Fast-paced environment knowledge/experience (preferably retail or similar) ✅ Ability to juggle multi-tasks quickly ✅ Strong sheer motivation – no short-cut approach ✅ Strong work ethic with a Customer Assistant mindset ✅ Confidence to stand on your own and take initiative
