Customer Order Picker & Packer – Online Team ⭐

We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused people to join our Online team, where you’ll be picking and packing customer orders ready for delivery or collection.

About the Role

You’ll work in a fast-paced, structured environment, where clear routines and timed activities help keep everything running smoothly. Our goal? Ensuring customers get what they need, when they need it.

Using in-store technology, you’ll:

  • Accept orders
  • Locate products efficiently
  • Prepare shipments with speed and care

It’s fast-paced, structured work that makes a real difference to our customers. Plus, you’ll get opportunities to support other areas of the store, such as Replenishment and Customer Service, depending on daily needs.

Core Responsibilities

✔ Picking and packing orders with accuracy and speed ✔ Using in-store tech systems to process orders efficiently ✔ Supporting broader store operations as required ✔ Maintaining a customer-first approach in all tasks
