Customer Assistant - Online
Online Team Member – Picking & Packing Orders (Online Service/Collection)
Welcome to our fast-paced Online Service/Collection team, where customer-focused individuals pick and pack orders for swift delivery or in-store collection.
The Role
You’ll thrive in a structured, high-energy environment where speed, accuracy, and teamwork keep operations seamless while ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and safely.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing customer orders efficiently using in-store technology
- Scanning items, locating products, and preparing orders with care
- Adhering to timed activities and clear routines to meet delivery deadlines
- Supporting Replenishment and Customer Service where needed—flexibility is key!
