Customer Assistant - Online
Online Team Member – Online Order Picking & Packing
We’re looking to hire friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our Online team, where your main duties will involve:
- Picking and packing customer orders ready for delivery or collection.
- Working in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Using in-store technology to:
- Accept and process orders.
- Locate products efficiently.
- Prepare orders accurately and quickly.
- Assisting in unplanned store tasks, including supporting Replenishment and Customer Service as needed.
