Customer Assistant - Online

Online Team Member (Picking & Packing)

We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused people to join our Online Team, where you’ll be picking and packing customer orders for delivery or collection.

About the Role

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities designed to keep operations running smoothly. Your role ensures our customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently—creating a meaningful experience for them every day.

Your duties include:

  • Using in-store technology to accept orders, locate products, and prepare them accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting additional store areas, such as Replenishment and Customer Service, based on daily needs
  • Contributing to a friendly, hands-on team that helps customers every step of the way
