Customer Assistant - Online

Online Team Member (Pick and Pack)

We’re searching for friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our Online team, where you’ll be picking and packing customer orders ready for delivery or collection.

Working in a fast-paced, structured environment, you’ll follow clear routines and timed activities to ensure:

  • Orders are processed smoothly
  • Customers receive their products on time and in good condition
  • In-store technology is effectively used for:
    • Order acceptance
    • Product retrieval
    • Efficient, accurate order preparation

Roles frequently include additional support in:

  • Replenishment
  • Customer Service, as required by daily needs
