Customer Assistant - Online
Online (Packing & Fulfilment Team Member)
We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused people to join our Online team, where you’ll be picking and packing customer orders ready for delivery or collection.
This role sits within a fast-paced, structured environment, with clear routines and timed activities to ensure smooth, efficient operations—putting timely customer satisfaction first.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll use in-store technology to:
- Accept and process customers’ online orders
- Locate and prepare the correct products accurately and efficiently
- Follow up-to-date health and safety guidelines and operational procedures
Beyond core tasks, you may also assist in:
- Replenishment tasks (stock rotation, shelf-facing support)
- Additional customer service duties as required
Every shift makes an impact—your precision helps deliver orders on time, with no frustrations.
Key Requirements for the Role
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Are helpful, friendly, and proactive—ready to represent Morrisons with a genuine “shopkeepers’ mindset.”
- Find enjoyment in hands-on, structured work, fuelled by set targets and clear processes.
- Thrive in busy environments while maintaining a professional demeanour.
- Need no experience with basic technology (e.g. warehouse operatives, scanners) or manual handling.
- Are respectful of health and safety protocols, including safe equipment use.
- Have an eagerness to support customers, whether resolving simple queries or keeping a smooth fulfilment process.
