Online Team (Order Picker & Packer) – Morrisons

We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused people to join our Online team, where you’ll be picking and packing customer orders ready for delivery or collection.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities to ensure smooth operations—all to make sure our customers can get what they need, when they need it.

You’ll use in-store tech to:

  • Accept orders
  • Find and locate products efficiently
  • Prepare and pack orders quickly and carefully

This is fast-paced, team-based work that directly impacts customer satisfaction.

You’ll also support other store functions, including Replenishment and Customer Service, depending on daily requirements.

About You
