Customer Service Team Member (Online & In-Store) – Join Our Friendly Team!

Our Online and In-Store team are seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals to pick, pack, and fulfil orders with speed and accuracy.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment, following clear routines and timed tasks to ensure customer orders are handled efficiently—for collection or delivery. Your role will involve:

Comfortably using in-store technology, fetching products swiftly and carefully, and supporting key areas such as:

  • Order fulfillment (quick pickup and packing)
  • Replenishment and Customer Service as required
