Online Team Member
The Role
We’re searching for compassionate, customer-focused individuals to join our Online team. Your responsibilities will include efficiently picking and packing customer orders to ensure swift delivery or in-store collection.
Operating in a fast-paced, structured environment, you’ll adhere to clear routines and timed activities, guaranteeing seamless workflows. This ensures our customers receive the Products they need, precisely when required.
You’ll utilise in-store technology to manage orders efficiently—streamlining product retrieval and ensuring meticulous preparation. The role is fast-paced, structured, and critical in enhancing customer satisfaction.
Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to support broader store operations, including Replenishment and Customer Service, as daily priorities shift.
