Customer Assistant - Online

Online Team Member

Join our friendly team in the Online Unit!

About the Role

We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our Online team, where you’ll be responsible for:

  • Picking and packing customer orders ready for delivery or collection
  • Working in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities
  • Using in-store technology to accept orders, locate products efficiently, and prepare them quickly and carefully
  • Supporting Replenishment and Customer Service as needed throughout the week

This role makes a tangible difference, ensuring customers can access the products they need when they need them.
