Customer Assistant - Online
Online Team Member (Order Picking & Packing)
We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused people to join our Online team, where you’ll be picking and packing customer orders ready for delivery or collection.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities that help keep everything running smoothly — all to ensure our customers receive what they need, when they need it.
You’ll use in-store tech to:
- Accept orders
- Find the right products
- Prepare them quickly and carefully
This is dynamic, hands-on work that makes a real difference to our customers.
You’ll also get the chance to support other store functions, including:
- Replenishment
- Customer Service (depending on daily needs)
