Customer Assistant - Online

Online Customer Fulfillment Team Member

We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused people to join our Online team, where you’ll be picking and packing customer orders ready for delivery or collection.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities to ensure seamless service. Our focus is on delivering what customers need—as and when they need it.

Your Role

You’ll use in-store tech to:

  • Accept orders
  • Find the right products quickly and efficiently
  • Prepare and pack orders carefully and with speed

Beyond fulfilling online orders, you may support other areas of the store, such as Replenishment and Customer Service, depending on daily needs.

About the Team 👥
