Customer Assistant - Online
Customer Order Operator – Online Team
We’re seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our Online team, where your responsibilities will include picking and packing customer orders for delivery or collection.
About the Role
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities, ensuring smooth operations so customers receive their items promptly. Using in-store technology, you’ll:
- Accept online orders
- Locate and prepare products efficiently and carefully
- Support other store functions, including Replenishment and Customer Service, as needed
This role delivers real impact by helping customers get what they need—quickly and reliably.

Requirements
We’re looking for people as passionate about customer service as we are. Ideal candidates demonstrate:
- A helpful and friendly approach
- Enjoyment of active, hands-on work
- Ability to perform well in a busy, structured environment
- Comfort with safely operating equipment and following processes
- A drive to resolve customer queries and support them effectively
