Work Pattern
Operating hours vary by day:
- Sunday: 05:30 – 13:30
- Monday: 04:00 – 12:00
- Tuesday: 04:00 – 12:00
- Wednesday: 04:00 – 12:00
- Friday: 04:00 – 12:00
Note: A £3.00/hour unsocial premium applies only to shifts worked outside core hours (after 22:00 and before 06:00).

About the Role
You’ll be the backbone of our Customer Operations, ensuring:
- Efficiency in stock movement – managing deliveries, restocking shelves, and maintaining product availability.
- Logistical precision – tracking deliveries, handling stock integration, and maintaining a seamless operation flow.
- Multi-functional flexibility – working across the store to support various operational needs daily.

Key Responsibilities
- Stock and delivery management: Receive, prepare, and distribute stock; ensure prompt restocking and minimal delays.
- Logistics efficiency: Use digital tools to track stock levels, deliveries, and operational schedules accurately.
- Retail support: Assist in cross-functional operations, adapting to the store’s real-time needs.
- Continuous collaboration: Work closely with team members across different store sections to keep operations running smoothly.
- Adaptability: Shift between early-morning duties (e.g., deliveries) to evening stock adjustments effortlessly.
