�iturem The + £3.00/hour unsocial premium is only added for hours worked between 22:00–06:00.
About the Role
Join Marks & Spencer (M&S) as a Customer Assistant in Operations. This is a high-energy, behind-the-scenes role that helps keep our stores running smoothly and efficiently. If you love fast-paced environments and enjoy working hard with a focused team, this is the role for you.
This physically demanding position covers stock management, deliveries, and warehouse tasks to ensure our customers have easy access to all products, in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock and deliveries: Handle fast-paced stock management, deliveries, and floor organisation to maintain optimal availability.
- Digital efficiency: Utilise digital tools to track deliveries, manage stock levels, and ensure speedy unavailable item replacements.
- Omnichannel support: Support the seamless flow of products between our online and offline sales channels—flexibility is key as needs shift throughout the day.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively across teams and store functions to meet challenging retail demands together.
- Adaptability: Move quickly between tasks such as receiving early deliveries, shifting stock, and maintaining store readiness for customers.
